Karen is palliative care nurse practitioner working with a national home care provider, Dovida to develop a National Palliative Care model. She has many years’ experience working within specialist palliative care services and community aged care. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Advanced Nursing) and a Master of Primary Health Care (Palliative Care) as well as an MBA (Health Service Management). She is passionate about providing holistic, person centred care to older people enabling them to stay in their much-loved homes for end of life care if that is their wish. |
