Nicole is a Clinical Nurse Specialist who works at Western Health with over 25 years’ experience in palliative care in a variety of settings including community, inpatient and palliative consult roles. Throughout her career, she has held positions in clinical practice, education, and leadership. Nicole is deeply committed to supporting individuals to die in their place of preference, ensuring care is person centred and compassionate. Nicole has completed her post graduate studies with a Graduate Diploma in Palliative Care and has a keen interest in mentoring and supporting staff from other areas of nursing who want to transition into specialist palliative care |
