Kristy is a registered nurse with 20 years’ experience in direct clinical care within the NSW public hospital system. Since joining Sylvanvale disability services in 2023, she has brought her clinical knowledge and leadership to the organisation, supporting clients with complex health needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with best practice standards and NDIS requirements. She is committed to promoting client independence, safety, dignity, and quality of life. |
